Oakland Consulting has been selected to work with Accenture on the Army GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) project built on SAP.  The system will standarize, streamlinhe and share critical data across the active Army, the Army National Guard and the Army Reserve.  There are 8 waves which include work at domestic and international sites.

On September 30, 2009, the United States Army awarded an SAP software and maintenance contract to Oakland Consulting.  The award was for peer to peer software and maintenance.

The U.S. Army has awarded Oakland Consulting in conjunction with DUCOM a contract to provide SAP services to the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) transformation support.  Oakland's role is as an SME in SAP as well as to assist ASC in successfully integrating LMP business processes.

Oakland Consulting was awarded a contract by the Smithsonian Institution to upgrade its PeopleSoft Federal Financials, HRMS and Supply Chain Management systems to version 9.0.  The contract was awarded to Oakland Consulting with options making it a ten year contract.  Work will include planning, systems analysis, design, training, development, testing, deployment and operational support related to these systems.
Oakland Consulting, along with its joint venture partner, Bering Straits, was awarded an IDIQ contract by the Air Force to provide Enterprise Planning System (ERP) implementation advice, as well as technical, functional, and managerial expertise to the Logistics Transformation Office (LTO).  This support will assist the LTO in reengineering the legacy Air Force Logistics processes based on current industry best practices and Oracle capabilities mapping the new processes into the new Air Force’s logistics ERP system, the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS).
Oakland Consulting has been awarded multiple contracts by the Defense Logistics Agency.  Below is a synopsis of these contracts.  

Oakland Consulting won a contract subsequent to successfully completing the BSM review contract for the Defense Logistics Agency in Columbus, OH.  Under this contract, Oakland Consulting will provide support within the BSM program in specialized custom training specific to the DLA BSM solution, maintenance of the application and maintenance of the technology/architecture.   

DLA selected a leading edge supply chain management system which included the implementation of SAP R/3 and Manugistics.  The endeavor was a five year project with phased rollouts by commodities.  Prior to the final roll out of the systems, DLA requested an assessment of the quality of the implementation and its readiness to support the system after the final cut over. Oakland Consulting was selected  to conduct a review of DLA’s BSM from a business, technical and documentation perspective.  

Oakland Consulting has partnered with Lockheed Martin in Lockheed's Integrated data environment/global transportation network convergence program.  Oakland Consulting will support Lockheed in converging management of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) IDE and the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) GTN programs. IGC will establish common integrated data services to enable development of applications which will provide Combatant Commands (COCOM), Services, Department of Defense (DOD), and other Federal agencies a cohesive solution for the management of supply, distribution, and logistics information with a global perspective.

Oakland Consulting will work with Accenture on DLA's Energy Convergence Project which is designed to bring DLA's energy supply chain business into the same ERP architecture as the one introduced with the business systems modernization.  These programs, using SAP, will enable streamlined operations and other procedure to reduce systems support cost

The U.S. Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA awarded Oakland Consulting a contract to provide help desk, and networking support  on an all ongoing, day-to-day operational technical support required by Navy Medical Center, San Diego, ITMD to meet the continuing, escalating, and expanding call center.  

In addition to the help desk and network support, Oakland Consulting has been contracted to provide training to the NMCSD in its patient care software.  The training includes classroom and computer generated training for the hospital personnel.

Oakland Consulting was awarded an extension of its contract to provide cable support for casualty care C5 at various buildings, Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California.   NMCSD requires technical/labor support for NMCSD’s cable plan to support the C5 NMCSD project.

Oakland Consulting Group in conjuction with Accenture will provide support in the demonstration of solutions in real-world health care environments maximizing the use of existing infrastructure.  Under this contract, Oakland Consulting  provided an Oracle APPS Database Administrator (DBA) to manage the development and maintenance of Oracle databases running on a Linux platform as well as procedures and tools required to support development and testing activities.
Team Oakland-Seaport-e is lead by prime Oakland Consulting Group which has been awarded the NAVSEA multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle under SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e).  This IDIQ is for a wide range of engineering, technical and programmatic services and solutions for the SYSCOM (NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP) NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the U.S. Marine Corps.
Oakland Consulting will provide technical and security support services across various tasks in partnership with SAIC for the Department of Transportation COMPASS program in Fairfax, VA.  The COMPASS program is an FMCSA-wide initiative that is leveraging new technology to transform the way that FMCSA does business. The ultimate goal is to implement an information technology (IT) solution that improves the Agency's ability to save lives and improves the safety of commercial motor vehicles
Oakland Consulting  will provide agency-wide IT and infrastructure support services to the Centers for Medicare and Medical Services along with its partner, Lockheed Martin,  under the Consolidated Information Technology Infrastructure Contract (CITIC). CMS, an agency within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, provides health insurance for approximately 75 million beneficiaries through Medicare, Medicaid, the State Children's Health Program, and other health care quality assurance programs.
Based on our long standing relationship and excellent track record PeopleSoft Global Services selected Oakland Consulting Group to serve in a sub-contracting role to provide consulting expertise in technical roles for the PHA implementation. Our role has involved the configuration of PeopleSoft 7.5 to 8.4 and PeopleSoft 8.8  We extensively used PeopleTools, Nvision, application engine and application designer for customizing of clients needs. Working on PeopleSoft 7.5 to PeopleSoft 8.4 upgrade issues and problems, and also preparing for new upgrade to PeopleSoft 8.8. mapping documents and created interface programs for converting data from CCS Systems to PeopleSoft.
Oakland Consulting has teamed with IAS in BTA's business transformation project.   This project encompasses the full range of Oracle ERP services and solutions (including related Oracle enterprise products) necessary for BTA to satisfy its support mission with respect to Agency and Component programs. The scope is organized around meeting requirements in eight key areas.

Oakland Consulting Group, Inc. has teamed with the Deloitte Consulting, LLP to win a Cross Agency Support Services (CASS) contract from the Department of Defense's Business Transformation Agency (BTA). Under this contract, Oakland Consulting Group will provide thought leadership and change management strategies to the Business Transformation Agency. Deliverables under the contract will include studies and analysis of business processes, governance and organizational design, strategic planning, supply chain streamlining, and change management guidance on legislation, doctrine, policies, processes and procedures.
The USDA awarded a contract to Oakland Consulting for a PeopleSoft consultant to serve as the functional and analytical expert for the agency on all matters related to the development, deployment, integration and maintenance of the National Finance Center's HR.  The contract has been awarded for one year with three 1 year options.
