Cedric E. Nash
Principal

Mr. Nash founded Oakland Consulting Group in 1997. Before founding Oakland Consulting, Mr. Nash worked as a Software Engineer for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. After completing his MBA, Mr. Nash joined Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young as an SAP consultant for two of the “Big Six” system integration firms, and had provided consulting services to a number of Fortune 500 corporations. He continues to serve as a consulting project manager on large-scale SAP & ERP projects.

Mr. Nash earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and a degree in Computer Science Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.

Norbert Howard
Principal 

Mr. Howard is the Principal and Vice President of Practice Management for Oakland Consulting.  Prior to joining Oakland Consulting in early 2007, Mr. Howard worked in senior level roles for several of the world's largest system integration, management consulting and accounting firms including BearingPoint, Inc., KPMG Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand.  His experience spans numerous industries and sectors, including Federal Civilian Agencies, Department of Defense, State & Local Government, Education, Federal Healthcare, and Accounting and Auditing for commercial and governmental entities.  His areas of expertise include Program and Project Management, ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, and Peoplesoft), Independent Verification and Validation, Quality Management, Project and Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, IT Governance, System Testing and Business Development.  

Mr. Howard holds a Master of Science Degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting Major, from Old Dominion University.  He also holds the following professional credentials: CPA (Virginia), CISA, CMA, CFSA, CIA, CGFM, and PMP.
