She will be instrumental in developing corporate recruitment processes and procedures, and growing her team of recruiters effectively. Her expertise is in recruiting cleared personnel ranging from Secret to TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, and identifying qualified candidates for commercial and Federal Government positions. For the past 10 years, Mrs. Stephenson has been in the world of Federal contracting with a highly successful track record of placing key personnel such as COO’s, CIO’s, Architects, Engineers and Linguist for local government projects and for deployment. Mrs. Stephenson brings a unique mastery of recruiting top talent, and an impressive ability to quickly assess and prioritize candidates. Mrs. Stephenson holds a BS in Communications, an active Top Secret clearance from the Department of Defense and is an affiliate of Cambridge’s Who’s Who and a plethora of professional networks, groups and associations
