Oakland Consulting Group’s Project Management Office (PMO) and IV&V practice leverages proven methodologies to manage projects and help clients develop and implement PMO policies, procedures and standards. Oakland Consulting Group’s PMOs primary roles, internally and for clients, are to:
- Enhance the quality of service delivery by defining and implementing quality standards, across the organization
- Decrease project implementation risk, by defining project scope, developing a plan and ensuring that projects are executed according to plan
- Provide project management assistance, including identifying and nurturing top-notch project managers (both in-house employees and contractors) with the required skill sets and experience
