Prior to his role at Oakland Consulting Group, Gagan was the Managing Director at Limex, where he developed and grew the Workday Practice in Government and Commercial markets. He has served at senior management positions at JP Morgan Chase, Technology Startup, and KPMG.

One of Gagan’s most notable achievements is leading the Statewide Personnel System (SPS) Implementation project for the State of Maryland. He led the change in direction from traditional ERP (PeopleSoft) to Cloud ERP (Workday) to give the State a technological edge. Under his program management and leadership, the State went live on schedule and under budget with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Payroll, Recruitment, and Learning Management Systems for all 54 agencies and over 165K employees and retirees.

In his previous roles, Gagan built the PeopleSoft practice while managing large-scale projects for clients, including a large insurance company, a retail clothing brand, and Warner Bros. He is a motivated, innovative, accomplished, and dynamic leader with a rare blend of technical and business expertise, who thrives in challenging environments.
