Ted Petito is the Chief Financial Officer for Oakland Consulting Group where he manages the company’s finances and accounting staff, providing timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight of accounting and finance operations, as well as the design and maintenance of the financial reporting structure.
Ted has served privately owned businesses for over three decades across a broad variety of industries including distribution, construction, retail, and service providers. He brings broad management, internal control and strategic advice skills to management. His experiences have resulted in accelerating a company’s efforts to document business policies and procedures as well as improve processes.
Ted was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Quality Automotive Warehouse, an automotive parts distributor in the Maryland and Virginia areas. There he was responsible for restructuring the staff in order to provide for steady growth while streamlining processes. He brings a wealth of knowledge concerning the managed growth of small family owned companies. He has planned, designed and overseen a number of accounting conversion processes for multiple companies.
Ted is a licensed CPA in Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
